“Tips for Taps” Mentoring Happy Hour II

We’ll have pizza and a tab open at Valhalla, but again there’s a catch!

At the start of the event, only the 1st and 2nd year physics & astronomy grad students will receive drink tickets — some for themselves as well as some extra tickets to give out to upper level grad students. Drink tickets can be redeemed for beer or soda. 3rd+ year grad students will need to mingle and answer questions or give advice in order to obtain tickets from the 1st/2nd years.

Thanksgiving Potluck Brunch

PAGSA will be hosting a Thanksgiving Potluck Brunch! If you’ll be in Houston over the holiday, come hang out with your favorite physics & astronomy folks. We’ll provide bagels and coffee. Please bring other food/drinks to share 🙂
